The National Presidential Scholarship for High Achievers in Science (Bachelor’s Degree) has the following terms and requirements:
1.Eligibility:
1.Applicants must be nationals of the United Arab Emirates.
2.Students must have graduated from high school or its equivalent within the last two years.
2.Selection Process:
1.Applicants must pass a personal interview.
2.Applicants must demonstrate good conduct.
3.Commitment:
1.Applicants are required to sign a pledge to abide by all scholarship terms and conditions.
2.Delegate students must comply with the specific majors and colleges assigned by the scholarship council.
4.Other Conditions:
1.The student should not have received a scholarship from another party.
2.Applicants must meet specific grades or academic requirements as determined by the scholarship guidelines.

Additional requirements for Ministry of Presidential Affairs scholarships for holders of previous high school certificates:
1.Students must have a grade point average of 90% or equivalent in high school.
2.Obtaining direct admission to the college accredited by the office.
3.Not to have previously been sent to another scholarship or that the scholarship has been cancelled.

Additional conditions for students affiliated with colleges wishing to transfer to a scholarship:
1.The student should not exceed the second year of university study.
2.Students must have a GPA of at least 3.5 out of 4.0, according to the grading system for scholarships awarded to high-achieving students.
3.Students must be admitted to an outstanding university recognized by the Scholarships Office.
Privileges offered by the scholarships of His Royal Highness, President of the State, to distinguished academics Tuition fees borne by the scholarship office
1.A rewarding monthly salary for the student.
2.Covering all university tuition fees.
3.Providing annual financial allocations for the prescribed textbooks.
4.Payment of round-trip tickets twice a year.
5.Providing health insurance for the delegated student.
6.Also rewards for outstanding students.
7.Travel allowance for 45 days and a cash allowance for female companions.
8.The student also receives a graduation allowance equivalent to 15% of the total monthly allowance he/she receives throughout his/her studies.
Tuition fees borne by the scholarship office
1.A rewarding monthly salary for the student.
2.Covering all university tuition fees.

6.Also rewards for outstanding students.

Privileges for a married student:
In addition to the above, the following privileges are granted provided that the wife or husband and dependent children are accompanied twice a year:
1.One round-trip economy class air ticket twice a year for the wife or husband and dependent children.
2.Covering the costs of the child’s education in the country, provided that she is in the age group from 4 to 18 years.
3.Health insurance and treatment costs for the wife or husband and children.
4.Marriage allowance is also paid to students on a monthly basis.
Student Obligations for the National Presidential Scholarship for Academic Excellence
1.Adhere to the provisions of scientific and administrative supervision, academic follow-up, and all instructions issued to him by the academic side regarding the study program until the end of his studies.
2.Follow the rules of the decision to join the academic program, the most important of which are (university, country, specialization, study period, etc.).
3.Study regularly and pay attention to catch-up classes, while not missing classes according to the school’s current attendance system.
4.Provide the office with copies of academic records and any academic reports requested by the office.
5.Commitment to the specified number of credit hours for registration each semester.
6.The obligation not to claim any compensation of any kind, quality, etc. upon making a decision to enroll in a previously approved program of study under any circumstances.
7.Commitment to the values and principles of virtue and good conduct, compliance with the laws of the sending state, and refraining from any behavior contrary to honor and honest consideration that offends him/her or the reputation of the state.
8.Do not marry a foreigner during your studies and before graduating from the university.
9.Finally, the student must provide and update his personal data regularly (phone number, e-mail, address in the sending country, guardian number, passport, travel visa, and identity card).
10.Students should communicate with their academic advisor and social counsellor in the office.
11.Students may not leave the university buildings except at the times specified for this purpose and with the prior approval of the office.
Procedures for applying for the scholarship of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs for outstanding students in science with a bachelor’s degree
Students who wish to apply for the scholarship must fulfil all conditions and follow the procedure below:
First: Prepare all required documents and make digital copies of the following documents:
1.A copy of a passport.
2.A recent personal photo of the student in national dress with a white background in JPG or PNG format
3.A copy of the guardian’s passport.
4.A copy of the ID card from both sides.
5.A copy of the full family book.
6.Also, a certified copy of the tenth-grade completion certificate.
7.A certified copy of the eleventh-grade completion certificate.
8.A certified copy of the first semester of year 12 (in the case of applying for the scholarship after the results of the first semester are available).
9.As well as a copy of the certificate of the second semester of the twelfth year (in the event of applying for scholarships after the appearance of the grades of the second semester).
10.A certified copy of the final certificate for the twelfth grade (if submitted after the final grades appear).
11.Emsat, TOEFL or IELTS test scores and college admission report (if available).
12.SAT score report 1.
13.Academic record of university students.
